Motorola's original Droid gets some Jelly Bean lovin'

By: (more) | Mobile Devices, Tablets & Phones News | Posted: Aug 28, 2012 1:26 am

Those XDA developers can do the most wonderful things, and today they've done something wonderful yet again. They've decided to bake a complete build of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean to the original Motorola Droid, which is the company's most popular Android-based device.

A reader of Droid-Life has reported that with his flashed Droid that the ROM is very functional, and that only the camera seems to be either slow, or doesn't work. One other feature missing is Google Now, but I'm sure that you could forgive Google Now, and be content with Jelly Bean on the Droid.
