Motorola RAZR M 4G LTE will sport 4.3-inch qHD display, 1.5GHz dual-core chip, topped with a little Ice Cream Sandwich
Motorola looks to be coming back with an LTE-powered device to arrive on US telco, Verizon. Engadget are reporting that the Motorola XT907 is now known as the Droid RAZR M 4G LTE, which will feature a 4.3-inch qHD (960x540) Super AMOLED Advanced display, which should also sport a ColorBoost panel.

What are Motorola baking inside of this new RAZR M 4G LTE? We should expect Qualcomm's dual-core MSM8960 Snapdragon S4 processor, 1GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel rear camera capable of shooting 1080p video, a 3-megapixel front-facing camera, full GSM/UMTS/HSPA+ global roaming, 8GB of internal storage backed up with microSD support.
The RAZR M is also set to offer NFC, Android 4.0 ICS, Gorilla Glass 2, and the Kevlar-based tech protects the back of the device. All of this comes in a device that weighs in at 4.44 ounces. Motorola is holding an event on September 5, where we should hear some more information.
