Nokia to launch Lumia 920 September 5, will come with wireless charging, 32GB storage, and 8-megapixel camera
Finally a Windows Phone device to get excited about. On September 5, Nokia and Microsoft will be holding a joint press conference to announce the Nokia Lumia 920. However, we're going to steal some of their thunder by giving you the details ahead of its launch. Thanks to a leaked picture last week, we know what the device will look like.
Well, with a little investigative work, The Verge has managed to figure out more details about the upcoming device. According to their sources, Nokia plans to include wireless charging in the device, something we've been promised from companies for years. Thankfully, someone is finally doing it as now everyone else will be forced to follow or be left out.
Nokia is also including 32GB of internal storage with the device, which will allow you to store lots of music, or pictures and video taken with the 8-megapixel camera. The device will sport a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM and a 4.5-inch HD display. As for the PureView, Nokia is marketing it as such, even though it doesn't have the 41-megapixel one from the 808 PureView handset.
