Dual-sim Samsung Galaxy Note II for Chinese market being prepared

By: (more) | Mobile Devices, Tablets & Phones News | Posted: Sep 8, 2012 6:31 am

It looks like we should expect a new Samsung Galaxy Note II in the near future, but made for the Chinese market. Samsung are reportedly preparing the dual-SIM version of the 5.5-inch smartphone.

With China quickly becoming one of the biggest smartphone markets in the world, and with dual-SIM phones doing quite well in the country, it would make sense for Samsung to release a dual-SIM Galaxy Note II.

The dual-SIM Note II would be identical to the current international version of the Note II, with the only change that it sports a normal SIM slot, and a micro SIM slot next to its microSD card slot. The phone is reportedly going to be sold through China Telecom, but there's no information on price, or availability just yet.
