Apple.com's search engine appears to confirm iPhone 5 name for today's launch

Somebody more clever than I had the idea to search Apple's website for "iPhone 5" and managed to catch a slip-up that appears to confirm the device that is launching at today's press conference will, in fact, be called the iPhone 5. Exciting right? We're just hours away from the actual announcement, so stay tuned for a flow of Apple related news.

Of course, this could be a good move by Apple to misdirect everyone into believing it's going to be called the iPhone 5. We will have an official announcement in just a short while, but sticking to iPhone 5 seems plausible. If they don't, they could create massive amounts of confusion.
