The iPhone 5 may have launched last week, but Apple's biggest competitor and threat, Samsung, aren't worried of the Cupertino-based company's latest product when it comes to their launch of the Galaxy Note II.

Samsung's original Galaxy Note sold more than 10 million pretty quickly, but it looks like the company is not worried of the Note II's sales when it comes to the iPhone 5.

J.K. Shin, head of Samsung's mobile business has said that the Note II will sell three times faster than the previous Note did in the first three days - something he stated at a briefing in Seoul. Samsung's Galaxy Note II goes on sale in 128 markets through 260 operators, starting yesterday in South Korea. Samsung's Galaxy Note range of phones are the company's second best-selling phone, with the number one spot going to their Galaxy S range of smartphones.
