Borderlands Legends released for iPhone, iPad

By: (more) | Gaming News | Posted: Oct 31, 2012 2:14 pm

Last week, we caught wind of a soon-to-be-released Borderlands game for iOS called Borderlands Legends. How soon-to-be-released? Well, you can download it right now for your iPhone and iPad.

Gearbox Software and 2K Games released a launch trailer celebrating the launch of Borderlands Legends that gives would-be players a taste of what the game is about. As you'll see in the trailer above, there are a ton of guns, randomized missions and all four characters from the original Borderlands are thrown into the mix.

Before even downloading the game, one downside I found is the game isn't a full-fledged iOS game as if you want to experience the game on both your iPhone / iPod Touch & iPad, you're going to have to buy the game twice. Keep that in mind when you're debating whether you'd like to play Borderlands Legends while on the go or enjoy it on your iPad while you're sitting back on your recliner at home. Although, if you only have one iOS device, then your decision on which version just became that much easier to make.
