Facebook iOS, Android apps updated - now lets you share content from your mobile

It's been a long time coming, and something that has annoyed me since the Facebook app first went mobile - you can share content you have on your news feed. I'm a big fan of seeing something I like online, and sharing it to my Facebook news feed, but not being able to do this from the mobile apps on both iOS and Android is frustrating.

Well, the social networking giant has just unleashed version 5.2 of Facebook for iOS and Android - finally. The new version also includes the ability to create an album from the Photos tab on Timeline, improvements in photo tagging and a fix for status update failure affecting some users, like me.

You can grab the new Facebook app from the Apple App Store, and the Google Play store.
