Computer trade shows around the world such as Comdex are not just about walking around hectic show floors with folks rushing to see as much as they can in a set timeframe, sitting in on long press conferences listening to why one company's product is better than another, or making conversation for the sake of it with industry colleagues and friends... not by a long shot my friends.

Often the best and most interesting conversation and relationships are forged at the parties which companies host as a means for catching up with media and customers in a relaxed, casual and often intoxicated, upbeat environment - trust me, I know... I could be almost certain Computex in Taipei is designed around this very concept! ;)

Anyway, for something a little different, Moto and crew from The Tech Zone decided to visit as many of these company parties at this year's Comdex trade show and show just exactly what goes on, as well as hosting their very own tech site party which was attended by other webmasters and manufacturers - Very cool idea, actually!
