Huawei tease 6.1-inch Ascend Mate, should be unveiled at CES 2013
Comment | Print | Email to a Friend | Font Size: AAWe heard about Huawei's 6.1-inch smartphone not long ago, but it looks like a Huawei executive has been showing off the new phone ahead of its expected unveiling at CES in Las Vegas next month.
Richard Yu is the Huawei exec showing off the device, which is the 6.1-inch Huawei Ascend Mate. The tease happened in a Huawei store in Guangzhou, where he pulled the behemoth out and started showing it off to consumers.
Part of the demonstration involved showing off a movie on the phone - which is what you'd want that huge 6.1-inch screen for, right? There's a video above you can check out, too.
