2013 is going to be an amazing year for smartphones, but it looks like ZTE is ready to put their fighting boots on and step into the ring. Are fighting boots a thing? Well, they are now and ZTE is wearing them.

ZTE's upcoming Grand S looks to sport a 6.9mm-thick frame, all while packing in some seriously - but as yet rumored - hardware. We're looking at a 5-inch smartphone sporting a 1080p-capable screen, 13-megapixel rear-facing camera, 1.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro and 2GB of RAM - yeah, that good.

ZTE is said to show off their new Grand S at CES in just a couple of weeks time in Las Vegas at CES so we should find out some more then.
