For those still having stuttering problems with the 03.0 Catalyst ATI drivers, you should dial down hardware acceleration a notch.More information @ nV News
Right click your desktop, go to the settings tab, advanced, troubleshooting and move the hardware acceleration slider to the left one notch..
It fixed the issue on my machine and most of the others with the issue as well.
