Samsung confirms Galaxy Note 8.0 to be unveiled at MWC 2013, Galaxy S IV coming 'soon'
Samsung's VP JK Shin has confirmed that Samsung will be unveiling the previously rumored Galaxy Note 8.0 at Mobile World Congress 2013, taking place in February in Barcelona, Spain. Along with confirming the launch of the Galaxy Note 8.0, the VP offered up that the Galaxy S IV would be making an appearance "soon."

There has been no direct indication of when "soon" is, but I would venture to guess before May. Specifications for the Galaxy Note 8.0 have not been divulged by Samsung, though it would be a good guess to say it will be running Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The display is expected to only pack a resolution of 1280x800, which seems a bit low for an 8-inch tablet.
The CPU will likely be a quad-core 1.6GHz chip coupled with 2GB of RAM. We only have until February 25 to wait, so we should know more by then. As far as the Galaxy S IV is concerned, we'll be all eyes and ears looking for the latest to bring you.
