Google launches Google+ sign-in app

By: (more) | Current Affairs News | Posted: Feb 26, 2013 5:56 pm

Google has been integrating its social network Google+ with everything it can imagine, and now it's getting a universal login service similar to Facebook Connect.

Dubbed Google+ Sign-in, the service is akin to similar services offered from Google and Twitter. The process is quite familiar as well. Upon using the service to sign up for a website, users are shown what private information the site or app wants to access. You can then choose what circles, any related activity and features you want to share this info with.

The new service is available on the web as well as both iOS and Android devices. Android users will see additional features like the ability to push any mobile app version to their phone or tablet.
