Enermax CS-A1QX-06 Case Review

By: (more) | Posted: Sep 20, 2001 2:43 am

The maker of quality Power Supplies wants to check out some other areas, so let's see what they can do with a case. To see for yourself, check out these two sites that have posted reviews of it:

Cool Hardwarez:
"Enermax Technology Corporation was found in 1989 by a group of young professional, enthusiastic, and high-tech oriented people in Taiwan. That means they've been around for about 12 years to date. 12 years is more than enough experience to come out with lots of good product. So, how good is the Enermax CS-A1QX-06 casing? that's what we are going to find out! The Enermax CS-A1QX-06 case is a very nice medium tower casing. Though the name is rather annoying due to its length or structure of random letters and numbers. This does not matter at all because we are curious about the case and the name does not decipher whether the case is good or bad."

ClubOC:
"Once I started installing a motherboard into this case, I was glad that the motherboard tray was removable. There is very little clearance, especially with the larger boards like the Iwill KK266-R. As far as dual motherboards like the Iwill DVD266, it's just not going to happen. There just is not enough room for a motherboard of that size to fit in this case. Then again, who would want to install a massive dual CPU motherboard in a small mid tower case anyway?"
