"Without knowing what price they sell for, it's hard to give them a rating. If they were quite cheap, they'd certainly be nice little coolers. If they were dearer than most of the basic coolers, then I couldn't really recommend them, not when there are heatsinks like the Thermoengine that offer decent cooling for a cheap price."
