- "Reviewlocator" Search Engine Up

 


We've just received word of a new search engine focused entirely on locating reviews across the web. Although said to be still in beta stages, it's fully functional and is populated with over 10,000 hardware reviews web-wide. It keeps itself up to date by automatically scanning a stack of indexed websites containing reviews on a daily basis. This is definitely one to add to your favorites list folks.

 


- Chaintech's GeForce FX5500

Only a few reviews have surfaced thus far in regards to nVidia's recently introduced budget FX5500 based card, IPKonfig's review being the latest to hit the scene. They check out Chaintech's variant of the card which seems to be an excellent overclocker, and considering it also comes with 256mb of memory, $100 USD for this baby is a steal!

 


Chaintech's latest FX5500 video card tries to give the consumer a few more of those added features. You won't find bundled software, like games, or a tweaked-out graphics card. Instead, you'll get its Summit line graphics card without bundled extras. You will, however, find 256MB of DDR memory, something not commonly found on such cards.
