Intel employees at Computex give the thumbs up!

Yesterday during a completely packed Intel press conference at the top of Taipei 101 where the company was said to be Scaling New Height by holding a media event on the 84th of the tallest building (smarter people than me tell me the phrase actually had a double meaning...), Intel employees spent much of it cheering and shouting while holding big grins on their faces.

 

We even got the thumbs up from one chap - he was extremely pleased and happy with himself.

 

 

Intel haven't taken a step wrong in the past while - so if you were working for Intel, wouldn't you be thrilled to pieces as well? It's the grin of a person happy about his stock options. Later in the day we'll provide our coverage of the Intel press conference which talks about the 965P Express chipset and a bunch of other stuff, even AMD get a couple mentions.
