Intel Pushes i845D DDR Chipset Over PC133 Predecessor

The Register has information that Intel is pushing it's i845D DDR chipset over it's i845 SDRAM predecessor at manufacturers in the hope of gaining more market share and also to cut the impact of VIA's controversial P4X266 chipset.
So maybe we can expect to see a bit more happening on the Intel side of things.
