Crucial Technology Launches SLI-Certified Memory

Crucial have today unveiled some new DDR2 based modules to fall under their "Ballistix" series, these being Crucial's first "SLI-Certified" memory modules. They're currently available as 512MB and 1GB 800MHz offerings.

Meridian, Idaho, and Glasgow, UK, 10th October, 2006 - Crucial Technology today announced the immediate availability of its NVIDIA® SLI™-Ready Ballistix® and Ballistix Tracer® DDR2 modules. Crucial's new SLI-Ready Ballistix modules are designed to heighten system performance with one single menu selection and ensure PC enthusiasts enjoy a powerful gaming experience.

 

NVIDIA SLI certification ensures compatibility of Crucial's Ballistix modules with the rest of the SLI ecosystem components including NVIDIA nForce® SLI motherboards, NVIDIA GeForce® SLI-Ready GPUs, and SLI-Ready power supplies.
