Western Digital External Storage Goes Pro
WD have just added a new member to their "My Book" line of external storage solutions, this one being the now flagship "Pro Edition" with FireWire 800, 400, and of course USB 2.0 connectivity. It comes in capacities of either 250GB or 500GB and can be read about in detail via the official PR here.

My Book Pro Edition combines three leading interfaces including FireWire® 800, FireWire 400 and USB 2.0; features backup and system recovery software; and is available in capacities of 250 and 500 GB. Intelligent drive management - SmartPower™ automatic power on/off, Safe Shutdown™ and LED activity lights make this drive easy to use.
