Mushkin have jumped onto the DDR-3 bandwagon today with some new flagship modules available as single 1GB sticks or in 2GB dual-channel kits. The HP3-10666 modules boast timings of 6-7-6-18 and they appear to use chips from Qimonda.

Mushkin's proprietary FrostByte heatspreader has been implemented onto these modules and they also come with a lifetime warranty. Pricing isn't yet known.
