NVIDIA 780i Sneak Peek!

if you're holding out to see how NVIDIA's upcoming 780i chipset fares before you start building up your new rig, you'll be glad to know the lads over at HotHardware have been lucky enough to get their hands on an early sample board from ASUS.

 

 

Though they weren't in a position to crank it up and do benchies, thanks to a bunch of pics taken and some solid information about its feature-set we are able to get more of an idea on what NVIDIA have up their sleeve for us by the end of the year; with one of the most exciting features being portrayed in the below image :-

 


Our friends at Asus sent over a board that we thought you all might like to drool over a bit. Though this is an early sample and we're expecting a new revision, Asus comes out swinging here with a board that is jam-packed with features and setup with the enthusiast in mind. Notice this is a full retail bundle as well, so things are very close to being ready for prime time.
