Foxconn really have the pedal to the metal on motherboard releases this week. We've seen the launch of three new and rather distinctive models already; the Green Series G31 offering, the Digital Life Series 790FX and the Quantum Force Destroyer based on the 780a SLI MCP.

Not stopping there, today brings us the launch of a fourth enthusiast oriented offering; the Dreadnought. This motherboard is the latest member of their new Quantum Force Series of enthusiast boards, based on the NVIDIA 790i Ultra SLI MCP for the Intel platform. Alongside 1600MHz FSB and 3-way SLI support that the 790i Ultra chipset carries with it by nature, this particular model from Foxconn uses a highly fine-tuned 8 phase Digital PWM for superior power efficiency and a much more stable base for extreme overclocking.

As another nice addition to the board with the kind of adaptability we haven't seen before, Foxconn have added their 4in1 Quantum Cooler into the mix which is an all-copper North/Southbridge VRM heatpipe solution; this allowing for passive, active, water or even LN2 cooling measures to be used quite readily with the supplied accessories.
