ECS goes all out with 9800GTX+ Hydra (SLI) pack
Comment | Print | Email to a Friend | Font Size: AAIt appears ECS has gone all out with the release of NVIDIA's new 55nm 9800 GTX+. Dubbed the "Hydra" Pack (the beast with many heads), ECS has gone to town here. There's not one, but two 9800 GTX+ cards ready for SLI action out of the box.
Not only this, but they are both provided with superior cooling by means of a central liquid cooling system from Thermaltake (the Bigwater 760i) which is said to be about 18.7% more efficient than the stock coolers, not to mention a lot quieter. Furthermore, a copy of Rainbow Six Vegas 2 is thrown in for good measure.
What would have been even more impressive is if ECS went for two water-cooled GTX 280s. But maybe this is on the cards!
