Lenevo have just officially unveiled their new IdeaPad S10 ulta-portable notebook sporting Intel's N270 Atom processor. It looks like it could potentially be a bit of an Eee PC killer, measuring 9.8" x 7.2" with a weight of just 2.4 pounds in its lightest form.

Lenovo promises availability come September with some models using a 10" screen whilst others in select countries being available with 9" screens, a range of different colours and Linux pre-load options.

It is said that initially the S10 will come in at $399 for a model running 512MB memory with an 80GB HDD and a jump up to $450 for one with 1GB memory and a 160GB HDD in black, red or white.
