DFI mATX LANPARTY JR P45-T2RS breaks speed limits

It isn't every day than a microATX motherboard solution can dual against its larger siblings in the FSB stakes, yet, DFI's Intel P45 chipset powered little warrior, the LANPARTY JR P45-T2RS, has done just that.

Married up with an Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 CPU (ES), the JR P45-T2RS achieved no less than, a salivating, 685 MHz FSB. Taking advantage of its x6 multiplier, the CPU ends up running at 4.114 GHz.

1 GB Kingston DDR3 memory, running on a 1:1 ratio, completes the DFI board's impressive showing with the system bus speed reaching a tire-screeching, 2742 MHz.

Who said that good things don't come in small packages?
