When you pull the card out of the box you see this massive, funky copper heatsink that takes up majority of the card. We can see four copper pipes running out the bottom and a decent sized fan located in the middle of the card.
The top of the card also carries a retention-like piece of metal which is designed to stop the card from bending and damaging the SLI connector, or anything else for that matter.
Doing the normal sweep of the card there isn't anything too out of the ordinary. We have the standard 6-Pin PCI Express connector located at the back of the card.
While we have the single SLI connector located across the top. We can also see the little white connector next to the SLI connector which is the plug for the cable included in the bundle. If you plug this into your motherboard or sound card you will get sound out through the HDMI port.
Just like the Palit card we saw the other week, this thing is fully loaded with connectors. We have with us two Dual Link DVI connectors along with a HDMI connector that is capable of transferring sound via the internal cable or using the optical cable and plugging it into your sound card/motherboard and the optical port on the graphics card.
Not only this, we then also get Display Port which is beginning to show up on some monitors. It's supposed to be the next generation of connectivity, but we're not sure if it will kick off yet.
With the card carrying a Turbo name at the end, it made sense that the card was going to be overclocked.
As you can see above, we have a 700MHz core, 1750MHz shader clock and 2000MHz DDR memory clock.
