Specifications, Availability and Pricing

Super Talent Luxio Series 64GB USB Flash Drive

Currently the Super Talent Luxio is available in three colors; Black, Silver and Wood Grain. We received the wood grain model in 64GB capacity, but Super Talent also manufactures 16 and 32GB flavors. Newegg lists the cost at 41.99 for the 16GB model, 66.99 for the 32GB and our sample 64GB is currently priced at 134.99 USD. When it comes to competing products, Newegg lists three other 64GB flash drives. The lowest cost model is the Kingston DataTraveler 150 64GB at 129.99. The Super Talent Luxio takes second place in the price category.

Of course, price shouldn't be your only concern when shopping. The only 64GB drive with hardware encryption listed at Newegg is the Super Talent drive we are reviewing here today. The Luxio is also one of only two drives that carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty, definitely a plus since we are talking about a large drive that you will want to use for many years to come.

Generally flash drives do not come with fancy accessories, at best a lanyard or warranty card. Super Talent included a form fit leather case that keeps with the luxury feel. Let's now have a look at the drive.
